What is a "Love Revolution"
You may be asking yourself - "What is a Love Revolution and why did someone do something nice for me and give me this card?" The 'someone' probably attends LifeBridge Church and a 'Love Revolution' is our way of saying - God loves you and we hope you will consider thinking more about God and maybe visiting our church. The Bible says in the book of Romans, chapter 3, verse 23 - For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard. Because God is perfect to have a relationship with Him we must be perfect too - but that is impossible. So what do we do? The Bible also says in the same book of Romans, chapter 10, verse 9 - If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Jesus came to earth, lived a perfect life and then died on a cross for the sins of everyone, everywhere so that those who believe this can have a relationship with God. The relationship we have with God is the beginning of the love revolution - and you may want to have this amazing and free gift of salvation for yourself. All you have to do is believe in your heart that Jesus Christ died for your own sins. That's it, simple huh.
At LifeBridge Church we are consumed with the 'Love Revolution' because we know how much God loves us. Each week at our church we attempt to show anyone attending our sevice that the love of God is real, tangible and worth every effort we put forth so that maybe those who attend can feel God's loving arms. We are not perfect but we have a perfect model of humanity in the person of Jesus Christ to follow, each day, each week, each month and each year.
